10 Years of Bells & Beers – KB + Beer Party!
This one-hour strength training session provides detailed instruction of foundation kettlebell exercises with cast iron bells (you're welcome to bring your own KB). These energetic classes are designed for fast-paced learning, skills practice and fun! Safety and technique is top priority, while combining mobility and basic bodyweight training skills in a spirited team setting.
