This kettlebell strength training session provides detailed instruction of foundation KB exercises with cast iron bells (you're welcome to bring your own kettlebell). These energetic classes are designed for fast-paced learning, skills practice and fun! Safety and technique is top priority, while combining mobility and basic bodyweight training skills in a spirited team setting. Open to all experience levels!
