Canned Laughter Productions presents the Stand-Up Showcase at Bauhaus Brew Labs!
The first in a series, we're welcoming seasoned comedy fans and the comedy-curious alike to join us for a Thursday night of stand-up featuring some seriously funny talent from the Twin Cities comedy scene:
Headliner: David Harris – A two-time Regional Emmy Award winner with over 30 years of comedy experience, a Dry Bar Comedy special, and a knack for finding the humor in everyday life.
Feature: Gabby Ok – Named one of Racket's 5 Comics to Watch in 2024, Gabby brings sharp storytelling and a perspective shaped by growing up in Las Vegas (and apparently losing a bet that landed her in Minneapolis).
Host: Victoria Jocko – Minneapolis comedian and producer of Punching Up, known for her dark humor and for keeping audiences on their toes.

David Harris: Headliner
David Harris is a two-time Regional Emmy Award-winning comedian and actor who has been entertaining audiences for over 30 years. He’s performed at top clubs, theaters, colleges, and corporate events across the U.S. and Canada, and has worked with acclaimed comedians like Cathy Ladman, Louie Anderson, Beth Stelling, Amir K, and more. David’s 2021 special on Dry Bar Comedy has racked up over 300,000 views, and he recently appeared in the feature film Fun-Raiser now streaming on Amazon Prime after screenings at the MSPIFF & Cinequest Film Fests.. He's also performed at several comedy festivals nationwide including 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival, the North Carolina Comedy Festival, Madison Comedy Week Festival, and the Colorado Springs Comedy Festival. David is loved by audiences far and wide for his self-deprecating, painfully relatable takes on family, identity, relationships, and the inescapable anxieties that come with living in today’s world.

Gabby Ok: Feature Performer
Born and raised in Las Vegas, this charming story teller found herself in Minneapolis because she lost a bet. Gabby was featured as Racket Magazine’s 5 comics to watch in 2024. She’s performed at Limestone, and 10,000 Laughs, and Bergamot Comedy Festivals. She has opened up for national headliners like Beth Stelling, Rachel Scanlon, Kelsey Cook, and Chad Daniels.

Victoria Jocko: Host
Victoria is a comedic performer and show producer from Minneapolis. Her show, Punching Up, focuses on featuring women, queer folks, and BIPOC and can be seen all over the twin cities. She has been featured at The Cellar (Fargo, ND), The Plus (Eau Claire, WI), Comedy Corner Underground (Minneapolis, MN), and Sisyphus (Minneapolis, MN). When performing, Victoria often hears the crowd exclaim, “Jeez! That was dark!” which pretty much sums up her comedic style.
